Situated between the mountain roads to Glengarriff and Killarney, Kenmare is an ideal starting point for a tour of the ring of Beara. The pubs and restaurants serve a wide range of tasty food.

The music shop in the picture is well worth a visit. It sells just about everything to do with Irish music including whistles, accordions, Irish music CDs, etc.
