This page shows some views taken in late October 2002, the first time the garden has been open to the public this late in the year. The night after these pictures were taken there was a severe storm; much of the foliage was lost from the trees before turning darker brown. The storm led to some homes in southern England being without electricity for two weeks!

Finally Autumn colour in the corner of the Orchard where it meets the Nuttery, Herb Garden, Moat Walk and Moat.
