Isle of Wight Nostalgia - Morton Manor - 1
Morton manor is situated in Brading, just off the main Ryde to Sandown road.
Records trace Morton Manor back to 1249, however the building was largely rebuilt in 1680.
Features of the garden are Japanese Acers, Elizabethan sunken rose & terraced gardens, pagoda, turf maze and ponds.
There is also an area set aside to vines - and home-grown wines are available.
