This photogenic location is where Westside Walk meets Falling Walk on the western bank of the valley [map location 23]

Engine Pond is to the right of this photograph. The building to the left is the Engine House which was designed to pump water from the ponds to the house at the top of the valley (which can just be seen between the tree foliage). The water was used for all household purposes including drinking at one time. To the left of this image (but out of sight) is Waterfall Pond. [map location 28]
